Margarita Bundt Cake

Margarita Bundt Cake Recipe with On The Border mix ingredient.Serves: 6-12

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box of vanilla pudding (small)
1/4 cup of OTB Margarita mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup tequila
1/3 cup condensed milk
2/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. triple sec

Drizzle Glaze:

1 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. tequila
2 Tbsp. triple sec
2 Tbsp. OTB Margarita mix

Base Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. OTB Margarita mix
1 Tbsp. triple sec
1 Tbsp. tequila
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10in Bundt pan.
  • In large bowl combine all cake ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and place on cooling rack.
  • Combine all Drizzle glaze ingredients in bowl. And whisk together until smooth.
  • While hot take skewer and punch hole in cake and pour half the drizzle mixture on hot cake. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Take cake out of pan and poke holes in it and pour the remaining drizzle over the top of the cake. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients for Glaze in bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  • Pour glaze over cake.
