Servings: Two Small 1 Cup Portions
2 cups of Rice
1 cup of On The Border Salsa
(Mild, Medium or Hot)
- Add 2 cups rice and 4 cups water to a boiler. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for an additional 15 minutes.
- Once rice is cooked, add 1 cup of On The Border Salsa and mix. Enjoy!
- Pack a punch with On The Border Hot Salsa--it adds a zesty kick.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions to garnish.
