Fiesta Lasagna


Fiesta Lasagna using On The Border Salsa as an ingredient.Servings: 12


Sauce:  24 oz. On The Border Salsa mixed with 24 oz. of marinara sauce.  

8 oz. lasagna
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 lbs. browned ground beef
1, 10 oz. package of raw spinach


In a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish spread about 8 oz. of sauce.

Arrange one layer of uncooked lasagna on top. Then layer with Sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and spinach. Repeat; gently pressing lasagna pieces into the layer below.

Add final layer of lasagna. Pour remaining Sauce over all, making sure all lasagna pieces are covered with Sauce. Top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
