6 skinless chicken breasts
1-1/2 cup of On The Border Salsa
8 Tbsp. honey
1 cup of beer
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
½ cup On The Border Salsa
3 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients together. Divide marinade in half. Use 1/2 to marinate chicken for several hours.
- Use remaining 1/2 marinade for grilling.
- Grill the chicken for 6-12 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle and the center is 180° F. Brush marinade generously on both sides and cook an additional 1-2 minutes per side.
- Microwave dipping sauce for 1 minute and serve immediately with grilled chicken.
